Spencer Young Ski Day at Powder Mountain

The Young Automotive Group has been partnering up with Powder Mountain in 2010 - 2011.  At their most recent meeting they made this video.  Check it out.

Our Fast Track Team is Top Notch.

Here is an email we received from a happy customer:

Brian,

I took the truck back to the shop on the 14th of February and talked to Chris and he assured me they were going to fix everything. They had a difficult time setting the TPS and even had to replace one with a used one. They reprogrammed the computer module which fixed the 4X4 issue and eventually they got all the TPS to work.

I was worried about the cost associated with all the work. I was absolutely astonished when I saw the dollar amount that I owed. I really expected the cost to be well over $200.00. I only had to pay @ $65.00 bucks to have it fixed! Whatever Chris and his team did to help me out is deeply appreciated and you have a customer for life or until the Air Force moves me again.

Please send this to whoever can congratulate them on a job well done! I know service workers hardly ever get any recognition but in this case they deserve my gratitude!

2011 SUPER BOWL COMMERCIALS

All about the Chevrolet Volt

Chevrolet Volt

Say hello to the Volt!  Chevrolet's new electric vehicle that can use gas, ONLY IF YOU NEED TO!

INTERIOR OF THE 2011 VOLT:

Volt has two LCD screens that display speed, battery power, range to recharge or re-fill as well as an efficiency gauge that gives you real-time feedback. On the center console you'll find a seven-inch diagonal high-resolution screen with touch-sensitive control that helps you get the most out of your Volt.

More power from a superior battery
The Volt battery has gone through numerous environment-specific tests, including corrosion and hot- and cold-weather testing and the results were so Chevy is promising that the battery is backed by an 100,000 mile/8-year warranty.

Here are a few more notes on the battery:
  • Just plug it in to charge the battery, and most people can commute gas-free and tailpipe emissions-free for about $1.50 of electricity per day.
  • A small, quiet on-board gas generator creates electricity that powers your Volt as you drive for hundreds of miles on battery and gas power.
  • Lithium-ion cells outperform nickel metal hydride cells (found in today's hybrids) in terms of life cycle
  • A liquid thermal cooling and heating system keeps the battery at a comfortable temperature as it's being charged and discharged

Here are a few more advantages
  • Commute gas-free on electric for an average of $1.50 a day
  • Can be set to charge during off-peak hours for greater savings
  • Your Volt will be fully charged in about 10 hours, depending on climate, with standard 120-volt line, or as little as 4 hours using a dedicated 240-volt line
